Despite the amount of dislikes for Chinchillas, they do actually like some things.

With up to 12 hours of their day spend sleeping, chinchillas do enjoy getting their daily zzz's.
You'll often find them curled up in their favourite spot during the day before their energy release in the evening.
Whether they've been good or bad, chinchillas will never pass up their favourite treat!
If they don't like a certain treat, they'll probably just throw it on the floor, so take a note of what they do to save you buying treats they won't eat!
Chinchillas are very curious animals and therefore love to explore their surroundings.
Be sure to "Chin-proof" the room before hand as they can easily chew wires, pick and eat things off the floor and jump up onto shelves and ledges.
Chinchillas have such dense fur, that they can't have normal water baths, so dust baths should be provided for about 10 minutes at least 3 times a week.
They instinctively know what to do any you will have fun watching them twist and turn in their baths while making a mess!
